School Transport Service

At Asian International Residential School (CBSE), we provide a safe, reliable, and well-managed transport facility for the convenience of our students and parents. Our fleet of school buses is operated by experienced drivers and monitored closely to ensure safety, punctuality, and discipline during transit.

Key Features of Our Transport Service

  • Well-Maintained School Buses equipped with first-aid kits, speed governors, and safety rails.
  • CCTV Surveillance inside the buses for real-time monitoring and student safety.
  • Lady Attendants/Caretakers are present on every bus for support and supervision.
  • Fixed Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points mapped for all routes to minimize delays and confusion.
  • Route and Timing Information is communicated clearly to parents at the beginning of the academic year.

Rules and Regulations for Bus Usage

Transport Facility is Available for Round-Trip Only

  • One-way usage is not permitted.

Refund Policy

  • Transport fee once paid is non-refundable.
  • Discontinuation of the facility is allowed term-wise only, with prior intimation.

Bus Allotment Is Route-Based

  • Students are not allowed to switch buses or board buses assigned to other routes.

Parental Cooperation Is Essential

  • Kindly support the school by cooperating with drivers and transport staff during delays or unforeseen changes in timings due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.

Pick-Up Timings Must Be Strictly Followed

  • Students must reach their respective pick-up points at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • If the bus arrives early, it will wait until the scheduled pick-up time or until the student arrives—whichever is earlier.

Fee Defaulters Will Not Be Allowed to Use the Bus

  • Parents must ensure that fee payments are up to date to continue availing the service.

Disruptive Behavior Is Strictly Prohibited

  • No pushing, fighting, shouting, teasing passersby, or using offensive language.
  • Use of mother tongue is discouraged; English should be used in conversation as per school policy.
  • Damaging bus property or disobeying the driver/attendant may lead to cancellation of transport facility.
