Instructions to Students

At Asian International Residential School (CBSE), we believe that self-discipline, personal hygiene, and responsibility are essential life skills. To cultivate a structured and respectful learning environment, students are expected to follow the instructions listed below with sincerity and regularity.

Personal Hygiene & Grooming

  • All students must take a daily bath and maintain cleanliness in dress and body.
  • Boys must get a haircut once a month; trendy or fancy hairstyles are strictly prohibited.
  • Girls must tie their hair in two plaits; ponytails or loose hair are not allowed on campus.
  • Nails must be trimmed weekly. Long, painted, or decorated nails are not permitted.
  • Uniforms must be clean and neatly ironed every day.
  • No tattoos, body art, or hair coloring is allowed.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

  • Students must not bring mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic gadgets to school.
  • Gold ornaments, fashion accessories, or valuables are not allowed.
  • Pants or shirts with graffiti, symbols, patchwork, or tight fittings (e.g., pencil-fit or low-waist) are strictly not permitted.
  • Students should not bring any items unrelated to academics (toys, sharp objects, etc.) without permission.

Dress Code Compliance

  • Wearing the full school uniform is mandatory during school hours and at school events.
  • White socks and black shoes must be worn daily.
  • The uniform must be worn neatly and properly at all times.

Academic & Classroom Conduct

  • Students must arrive at school on time and attend all classes punctually.
  • Homework and assignments must be completed regularly and sincerely.
  • Use of English language is mandatory in school premises (excluding language classes).
  • Students should behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, peers, and school property.

General Instructions

  • Maintain silence and discipline in corridors, libraries, and during assemblies.
  • Any loss or damage to school property will result in disciplinary action and compensation.
  • Students should exhibit kindness, teamwork, and cooperation in all activities.
  • Disobedience, defiance, or any form of misbehavior will lead to strict disciplinary consequences.

We expect every student to uphold the values of honesty, responsibility, respect, and integrity. By following these instructions, students help create a safe, disciplined, and inspiring environment where everyone can thrive.
