Payment of Fees

At Asian International Residential School (CBSE), we believe in transparency and simplicity in our fee structure to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for parents and guardians. The fee policy is designed to support the uninterrupted operation of academic and co-scholastic activities throughout the academic year.

General Guidelines

  • Tuition fees and transport charges (for students availing school transport) are payable for all 12 calendar months, regardless of holidays or vacation periods.
  • Fees can be paid either annually in one lump sum or in two equal installments as per the schedule provided below.
  • Payments can be made via:
    • Cash (at the school fee counter)
    • Online transfer / digital payment modes
    • Fee receipts must be preserved by parents and produced when required by the school administration.

Important Notes

  • Fee once paid is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
  • Late fee payments beyond the due date may incur a fine or restriction from academic participation or transport usage.
  • Students with pending dues will not be allowed to appear for examinations or use school transport services.
